By accessing or using smsvirtual.uk ("the Site") or any services provided by SMS Virtual ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SMS Virtual.

SMS Virtual is a reseller platform that provides access to virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS messages. We source numbers from third-party providers and make them available through our platform.

Our service allows users to:

• Purchase virtual phone numbers from 150+ countries
• Receive SMS messages sent to those numbers via our dashboard
• Choose one-time (temporary) or long-term number options

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SMS Virtual. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited
• You will use the service only for lawful purposes

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information

You MAY use SMS Virtual for:

• Receiving verification codes for legitimate account registrations
• Testing applications that require SMS verification
• Protecting your personal phone number privacy
• Creating business accounts on platforms that require phone verification
• Legitimate marketing and communications purposes

You MAY NOT use SMS Virtual for:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or entity
• Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Creating accounts on platforms in violation of those platforms' terms of service
• Any activity that is illegal under applicable law
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Circumventing security systems or fraud detection
• Money laundering or other financial crimes
• Any activity that damages, disrupts, or places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

• All purchases are made using credits added to your account balance
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits do not expire but have no cash value and cannot be refunded except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; existing credits are unaffected
• All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store payment card data
• By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method

• One-time numbers are active for a limited window (typically 20 minutes) after purchase
• Long-term numbers are active for the purchased duration only
• We cannot guarantee that a specific number will work with any particular platform or app
• Some platforms block virtual numbers — we offer no guarantee of compatibility with every service
• Numbers are provided on a best-effort basis; availability depends on our upstream suppliers
• SMS delivery times may vary; we do not guarantee instantaneous delivery
• Numbers may receive SMS from unexpected senders; we are not responsible for such content
• Expired numbers may be reassigned to other users; do not use virtual numbers for sensitive long-term communications

All content on SMS Virtual — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of SMS Virtual or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

SMS VIRTUAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any virtual number will be compatible with any specific app or service
• SMS messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe
• The service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SMS VIRTUAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SMS VIRTUAL IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMS Virtual and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you transmit through the service

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Unused credits may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violations
• Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion option in your dashboard settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
